Property Development Funding can be made available for both experienced Professional Developers and those undertaking their first project. The level of funding available will increase the greater the profitability of the project. Lending decisions are made against the valuation of the project both prior to and on completion at open market values (OMV). Development and construction costs are assessed and agreed pre-project in order to determine accurate margins. Finance is also available for site acquisition and up to 100% of development cost drawn down at pre-agreed project stages.
